Neoclassics (2012)

$15.00

For 66 years, the Princeton Tigertones have built a tradition of musical excellence and fun camaraderie that has come to form a unique a cappella ensemble. In a time when a cappella has never been more popular, the Tigertones strive to both innovate and, at the same time, stick to their musical heritage. While adhering to the highest musical standards, the group records an album every two years, capturing the current group's personality and talent for the years to come. Neoclassics pays tribute to the incredible tradition of the Tigertones; our thirty-second album commemorates all the Tones of years past, while at the same time embracing new ideas and recording methods. For the first time, the Tigertones recorded, edited, and mastered an entire album completely on their own, meaning that the album now in your possession is the most pure for of Tigertones available outside of a live performance. We have strived to provide an album that showcases the group's outstanding talents without losing the live performance energy that makes the Tones so exciting to hear. As you take the Tigertones home with you, we hope that you enjoy this wonderful music that is 66 years in the making; it is as exciting and fine-tuned as ever — truly yours, Princeton's signature all-male a cappella group.
